Sierra brake pedal feels weird after towing

Quick question for the truck guys. I have a 2020 Sierra 1500 that I use for work around Dubai and occasionally for towing a small boat on weekends. Last weekend I took it out to the marina near Jebel Ali and towed the boat back, nothing too heavy honestly, maybe around 2.5 tons. Ever since then the brake pedal just doesn't feel right. It's not that it's soft or spongy exactly, it's more like there's a slight pulsing sensation when I brake normally, like at traffic lights on Hessa Street. I'm worried I might have cooked the brakes a bit on the highway coming back, or maybe just worn them down faster than usual. The truck has about 65,000 km on it now and I don't think the previous owner ever changed the rear brakes. I'm looking for a reliable GMC brake pad replacement service Dubai that understands towing applications and can maybe recommend something a bit more heavy duty than the standard factory pads. I'd also like them to check the rotors for warping because that pulsing feeling is really starting to annoy me. Any recommendations for a shop that deals with a lot of American trucks? Prefer somewhere in the Al Quoz or Umm Ramool area if possible.
