Transforming white or rare items into uniques or greater uniques.

Charms begin dropping from enemies, bosses, activities, and War Plans rewards. These small, powerful items slot directly into the Talisman. Charms come in normal, set, and unique varieties:
Set Charms grant partial or full set bonuses when multiple matching ones are equipped (e.g., 2-piece, 4-piece, or 6-piece multipliers).
Bonuses include massive multiplicative damage increases, defensive layers, skill rank boosts, resource generation, and unique effects.
Unique Charms are created by converting regular unique items via the Horadric Cube, letting you store powerful unique affixes in the Talisman instead of occupying gear slots.
A central Seal determines socket count and can itself carry bonuses. This setup solves the old problem of set items competing with strong uniques and legendaries for slots.
How It Changes Endgame
The combination creates hybrid builds where you keep your favorite mythics and legendaries while stacking set bonuses and extra affixes through the Talisman. Farming Charms becomes a dedicated chase alongside traditional loot. The Cube ensures excess items have value, feeding into further upgrades. A new Loot Filter helps identify valuable bases and Charms quickly.
