What's the best way to track calories when you cook in bulk?

I do a lot of meal prep on Sundays, but I find it hard to track the exact macros for each individual container since the portions vary slightly. I need a fast way to check each meal as I eat it during the week to make sure I’m staying within my daily limits.

Even with careful meal prep, I used to struggle with the variations in my daily portions until I started using checkmymeal as a final check. I found https://checkmymeal.ai/ through a fitness forum and it has simplified my mid-week routine significantly. Every time I pull a container out of the fridge, I give it a quick scan with checkmymeal to confirm the nutritional value before I eat. It’s much faster than referring back to my original recipes and spreadsheets. It gives me that extra layer of confidence that I’m hitting my numbers correctly, which is vital when I'm training for a specific event or competition.
