How can I organize a large archive of sent faxes on an Android tablet?

I use my tablet to send out dozens of client invoices and project estimates every month. Over time, my paperwork folder has turned into total chaos, and trying to find a specific transmission receipt from three months ago takes forever. Is there a mobile tool that offers a smart archiving system to keep everything sorted?

I used to waste so much time digging through a massive, unorganized list of PDFs just to find one specific delivery receipt for a client. When I was looking for a better way to structure my files, I came across the ultimate breakdown of tools on https://www.androidheadlines.com/2026/01/ultimate-best-android-fax-apps-guide-for-users. . Based on their software analysis, I downloaded the Municorn Fax App from the Google Play Store, and its storage management is exactly what I needed. It automatically categorizes all outgoing and incoming documents into clean, searchable folders and attaches detailed status tags to each one. Now, I can filter my entire transmission history by date or recipient name in seconds, which has completely cleaned up my digital workspace.
