Fildena is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), a condition in which a man has difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection sufficient for sexual activity. It contains Sildenafil Citrate, the same active ingredient found in Viagra, and works in a similar way to help men with ED. Fildena pills are primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction by improving blood flow to the penis. When sexually stimulated, Fildena helps relax the blood vessels, allowing more blood to flow into the penis, which results in an erection. Sexual arousal is still required for it to work, as Fildena doesn’t cause an erection on its own.
