Has anyone actually done this?

Quick question for the community. My disposable vape stopped hitting but I can tell there's still juice in it. I've heard you can take these things apart to troubleshoot or at least get the remaining liquid out. Has anyone actually done this? Is it safe? I don't want to mess something up.

Hey. Yeah, I've done it a few times when my disposables quit early. It's doable but you need to be careful, especially around the battery. Basically you remove the mouthpiece first, then carefully work the casing open. Inside you'll find the coil, the wick, and the juice chamber. Sometimes the issue is just a loose connection or a flooded coil. Fire Elf actually has a really detailed article about this exact thing. Check out their step-by-step disassembly guide , it walks you through the whole process with tips on what not to do. I followed the Fire Elf guide my first time and it was super helpful. Just make sure you work on a flat surface and maybe wear gloves if you're handling the juice. Fire Elf's blog has a ton of useful stuff like this.
